Persons may search our resource website (smartstartmodoc.org)<\/b> to learn about local resources available to Modoc County residents who are pregnant or who have children birth through age 5, without entering or sharing any personal information.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

SmartStartModoc.org<\/span> s an electronic referral system, online site designed to match interested persons with service providers by collecting needed data to determine eligibility and, depending upon the provider, provide the opportunity for site Users to self-refer and share their eligibility data with outside providers.
